Managing Your Subscription
Access the Polar customer portal at polar.sh/ciple-alert/portal. Log in with the email you used to sign up. From there you can:
- View your subscription details
- Update your payment method
- Access invoices and billing history
How Email Alerts Work
You get a twice-monthly email whenever new CIPLE exam spots are detected. This is included on both free and paid plans.
- On quiet days with no new spots, you won't receive an email. You only hear from us when there's news.
- If you're not receiving emails, check your spam or junk folder.
- To change the email address on your account, contact support@ciple-alert.com.
Instant Alerts
Instant Alerts deliver faster notifications so you can book before spots fill up.
- Delivered via a private Telegram channel
- Messages sent within 60 minutes of spot detection
- Requires the Telegram app on your phone or desktop
- Subscribers receive a unique invite link after signing up
- Paid plan also includes daily email alerts

Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel anytime through the customer portal.
- Log in with the email you used to sign up
- Select your subscription
- Choose cancel
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you can still sign up for free email alerts at any time.
